Printing Risk: Customers who supply their own items for printing agree that all printing is done at their own risk. Gruv Designs will not be held responsible for any damage or errors that may occur during the printing process.
For Items Supplied by Gruv Designs

Replacement Policy: If an error or defect in printing is due to our mistake and is verified in our records, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, the value will be credited to your account for future use.
General Return Policy

On-Premises Collection: Items collected in person cannot be returned or refunded once they have left our premises.

Delivered Orders: For orders received via delivery, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, no returns or adjustments will be accepted.
